Foundation
A foundational shoulder health program needs to
- Target Stability, Mobility and Motor Control of Scapula and Rotator Cuff
- Use non-gravitational resistance to avoid Deltoid Dominance
- Be built into the daily warmup, so it gets done
Over a short period of time, athletes will improve movement patterns because of the daily reprogramming of the shoulder to move better.
